By accessing or making a purchase from Maile’s Marketplace, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
 

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

All products offered on Maile’s Marketplace are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, we do not guarantee that all product information is error-free, complete, or current.
 

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We accept the following payment methods:
• Zelle
• Cash App
• Venmo

All credit and debit card payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and its authorized third-party payment providers. Maile’s Marketplace does not store or have access to your full payment card information.

Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.
 

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND EMAIL RECEIPTS

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation and a receipt sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please ensure your contact and shipping details are accurate. Maile’s Marketplace is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
 

SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier, and external factors beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. Maile’s Marketplace is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at mailemarket2025@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and determine an appropriate resolution.

Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maile’s Marketplace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
• Use or inability to use this website
• Errors, delays, or interruptions in service
• Shipping delays or carrier issues
• Unauthorized access to or misuse of customer information
