At this time, Maile’s Marketplace ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 days after payment is received.
SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time begins once your order has been shipped and may vary based on:
• Your location
• Carrier transit times
• Weather or other delays beyond our control
Please note that processing time (5–7 business days) is separate from delivery time.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Maile’s Marketplace is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Packages returned due to address errors
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped, Maile’s Marketplace is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
